Testo della Sceneggiatura
"The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord." (SUNG)
God speaks to us about sin, death and eternal life. God says that all have sinned, and you know that you are a sinner. He is a Holy God, and He cannot look upon sin. God hates sin, therefore He must punish sin and the sinner.
If you remain in your sin you must die, because the wages of sin is death, and after death of your body, God will punish you for your sins. Surely you are afraid to die! It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. But God loved you so much that He sent His only Son to die in your place. he received your punishment. Through His death you may receive eternal life. How may you receive this eternal life? It is a GIFT from God to all who receive the Lord Jesus into their hearts, by confessing their sin to Him. By His blood, He can wash away every sin and deliver you from death. Nothing that you can do will buy this eternal life. It is a free gift from God. You must accept it from God and thank Him. There is nobody who would refuse a gift.
What about you, my brother? Why do you refuse God's gift? Receive the gift of God; He who loves you has sent His Son to die for you on the cross. In Him you have eternal life. Today hear His words. Do not harden your hearts.
