In the Word of God, we read in Mark 13:19, "This Gospel shall be preached to all nations." In II Timothy 2:2, it says that God wants all men to be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth. The absolute will of God is that every human being, wherever he is, whatever are his political or social conditions, shall hear the good news of the Gospel. The shepherds at Bethlehem heard it first from the angels, who said, "There is born to you a Saviour, Who is Christ the Lord." God declares in His Word that all men have sinned and you, listening friend, are included in this statement.
What is sin? Oh, it is not just simply to kill your neighbor, but it is to disobey any of the commandments of the Lord. A lie, a bad thought, an evil look, all this is sin; and God declares in His justice and His holiness that the wages of sin is death. It is not just physical death, but also, and chiefly, eternal death - the eternal separation from God. The sinner is lost during all eternity. God does not want the death of the sinner - this separation from Him; that is why now He is calling you who are listening to this message. It is His good news for you, because God has not forgotten anybody. In His immense love, God gave Jesus, His only Son, so that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. God came to this earth. He was willing to take your sins. He died on the cross of Calvary in your place. God has so loved you, that He preferred His Son to die, so you would have eternal life. One day Jesus gave His life as a ransom for you, on this cursed cross on the hill of Golgotha, near Jerusalem, because God loved you with an eternal love.
Now God is speaking to you, so you will not let this moment of grace go by, when you can be reconciled to Him. Jesus paid the price for your reconciliation, for your peace with God. He did this with His blood that He shed on the wooden cross - this blood, which can also at this very moment wipe away your sins, and deliver you from the bondage of sin forever.
Answer God's call. Answer this call of love. Give your heart to Jesus Christ, where you are. Simply say to Him, "Oh, Lord, I give to You my heart. I promise you to obey your holy Word from now on." Oh, believe that God will help you with His Holy Spirit. He will make of you a citizen of heaven, a child of God, and from now on, you will be able to call Him your Father which is in heaven.
