文本正文
Paul and Silas preached Christ's Gospel, and for this reason many people wanted them to be put in prison. When they put them in prison, at night they prayed and sang. Suddenly, the foundations of the prison were shaken, and the prison doors came open for them! The chains which bound them came loose. When the jail keeper woke up and found the prison door open, he took his sword and was going to kill himself. He thought the prisoners were gone; but Paul cried loudly to him and said, "Don't kill yourself. We are all here!"
The jailer came trembling and fell down there to worship Paul and Silas saying,"What must I do to be saved?" They said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved, and your family." At that time he believed on the Lord Jesus Christ and was saved with his family. If you, too, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, you will be saved--you and your family.
God sent His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, down from heaven for all people, and if we believe on Him, we will not perish. I will read to you John 3:15-18--"That whoever believes in Him should not perish, but HAVE eternal life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He that believes on Him is not condemned; but he that believes not is condemned already - because he has not believed in the Name of the only begotten Son of God."
Friends, by believing on the Son of God, you will escape the coming wrath.
God help you. AMEN.
