Two recent Het Havenlicht/SCFS (the Harbourlight) newsletter had the following reports:

Whenever I return to my job, my suitcase is extra heavy because of the many Bibles, DVDs and tracts. They are for reaching the many people on board. Many crewmen are Christian but do not take a Bible with them. For Malaysians that is even risky. The DVDs and apps are an eye-opener for the whole family.

We hand out hundreds of cards with the following links:

A report from Amsterdam by Theo and Yvonne van Zuilekom:

As far back as 1974 we have been using the wonderful material from "Global Recording Network". In Holland it goes under the name of "Gospel Recordings Nederland". The Gospel, at present, has been recorded for instance on CD's, in more than 6000 languages.

Apps can be downloaded free of charge for androit and ios. www.5fish.mobi Many sailors make great use of this service. There is "The story of Jesus" available for everybody in his or her own language. For more information: globalrecordings.net, or gospelrecordings.nl.
