Graydon is the GRN Global Script Ministries Coordinator and also provides governance support and training where requested. For GRN Australia, Graydon coordinates short-term missions, provides mentoring and training in several fields.
From the year 2000, Graydon served as Australian CEO for 12 years before being appointed as International Director, a role he held for a further 12 years, stepping down from that role in April 2024. He continues to provide support for international ministries as needed.
Apart from GRN, Graydon is involved with his local church, serves on the Boards of Wycliffe Bible Translators Australia, Interserve Australia Ltd, Interserve Development Ltd and North West Community Ministries. He also volunteers as a Disaster Recovery Chaplain.
Wendy works as a Professional and Pastoral Supervisor.
They have three adult married children and nine grandchildren.
Graydon and Wendy spent nearly 12 years with Interserve, serving in Pakistan and Bahrain in the support and training of pastors, outreach ministry, Theological Education by Extension and administrative/pastoral support of other Interserve partners and leadership.
Prior to joining Interserve, Graydon worked as a Chemical Engineer then as a Baptist Pastor.
