1 CANADA - "God keep our land glorious and free. O Canada, we stand on guard for thee." Pray for religious freedoms in Canada and around the globe and for favour for GRN, all Christian organizations, and believers.
2 GRN - Praise God for the many who serve on GRN Boards around the globe. Pray for wisdom and clarity as they seek God's will.
3 GERMANY - Praise God for the furtherance of the Gospel in Germany. Pray for a leader who can work part/full-time to develop the ministry there.
4 CANADA - Praise God for His all-knowing nature and His faithfulness. Pray for Kelly Millar, for accuracy and favour in all.
5 KENYA - Praise God for Walter's safe travel, comfort and the opportunity to visit with his mother during the time of his nephew's burial. Pray for the office in Kenya, for complete restoration and protection.
6 GRN - CORRECTION -- Praise God that GRN has created over 6,700 languages and that there are over 7300 available on the 5fish app which includes languages by our 3rd party partners.
7 INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR - Praise God for a good trip to Cameroon with Jeremie from the Swiss office. They had a great time with Joseph and the team and have gotten to know the work there much better. Pray for Tim Strauss, Int. Director, as he oversees and directs all of GRN.
8 CANADA - Praise God for supplying all our needs "according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19 (KJV) Praise Him who speaks to each believer about their place in advancing the Gospel. Pray that many will join GRN Canada as monthly partners and for blessing for all supporters.
9 MYANMAR - Praise God as the team glorifies Him under difficult circumstances. Pray for protection, guidance, and perseverance as Myanmar remains a war zone and the team works from home.
10 KENYA - Praise God for Walter, James and Monica who serve with GRN in Kenya. Pray for wisdom and guidance as they carry out recording and distribution plans.
11 CANADA - Praise God for the new and old volunteers that offer their time to serve. Pray for a softening of hearts for more volunteers because every department of GRN Canada needs assistance. Provincial Ambassadors needed, too. Please email Kelly if interested.
12 GRN - Pray for God to raise up workers for parts of the world where there is no GRN presence and for the needs in each and every GRN office.
13 PAKISTAN -- Pray for safe travel and for good language helpers as they seek to record more of the 70 languages spoken in their country. Pakistan, a strongly Muslim country, is not an easy place in which to be a Christian organization. Praise God for His protection!
14 GRN -- Praise God for He "is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints." 1 Corinthians 14:33 (NKJV) Pray for His order and peace throughout GRN.
15 GRN International Leadership Team - Praise God for the team that continues to work for the continued vision and integrity of GRN. Pray for them as they seek God's will and present their ideas.
16 USA - Praise God for the acceptance and purchase of an adjacent property in Catalina and for the new staff that have started recently. Pray for clarity and ease of transfer with the county for the SIL purchase of 3 properties and for provision of new staff in various roles for the vision USA has.
17 GRN SPAIN - Pray for "wisdom as they look for ambassadors and new Board members. Pray also that the Lord will bless and expand their work in 2026".
18 KENYA/UGANDA/TANZANIA - Praise God, the Great Physician, for what He does and can do. Pray for the end of the Ebola situation and for borders to open up for Walter and team to go to Uganda soon. Pray for Tanzania as the team seeks recording opportunities there.
19 BANGLADESH - Praise God for the recordings and picture books distributed. Pray for the Lord to make those materials very fruitful, that many would hear and be transformed.
20 CANADA - Kelly Millar gives thanks for the opportunity to serve God and GRN Canada as the Executive Director. Pray that she might keep in step with the Holy Spirit, abiding in Him whose hand holds her and GRN.
21 GRN - Praise God for the 5fish App and the workers who created it and now serve to keep it functioning. A new project is underway with the Information Systems Team to update GRN's 5fish iPhone (iOS) app and website. Pray for the team as they divide up tasks and responsibilities.
22 MEXICO - Praise God for the work being done in Mexico. Pray for the church to "see the value in GRN's resources and activities for teaching migrants within their own county" and "that local churches would support GRN with prayer and practical help."
23 GRN -- Praise God for the many centre leaders of GRN. Pray for them as they seek to honour God in all they say and do, to lead with integrity and humility. May they walk ever so closely with their Lord.
24 CANADA - Praise God for the churches who have learned about GRN thus far. Pray for many opportunities to share and grow in relationship with churches in all provinces.
25 PHILIPPINES - Praise God for the Sunday School teacher training and material distribution that has occurred. Pray that the materials will be well used and of great benefit. Pray for the translation of these materials into Cebuano and Ilocano.
26 SOUTH AFRICA - Praise God for work being done on trauma scripts and a "Covenant and Sacrifice" script. Pray for wisdom and accuracy in each step.
27 AUSTRALIA - Pray for GRN staff who will be attending REACHOUT 2026 Missions Conference on September 12th. Pray for good conversations and new connections. As well, on July 28, 14 hours ahead of ET, GRN Australia will host their monthly prayer event to pray for the work of GRN. Pray for them and alongside them for GRN.
28 CANADA - Praise God for summer holidays and much rest. Pray that the Gospel and GRN would not stop being told, received, and supported.
29 UK - Praise God for the opportunity to send 11 Kulumi mp3 players to a prison in the UK. "Pray that these recordings will bring comfort, conviction, and transformed lives behind prison walls."
30 THAILAND - Praise God for the Thai team's diligence at learning how to use electronic work permits for foreign staff. Pray for wisdom as they seek to meet the government requirements for their visas and work permits and as they create a new script for the Nyaw people.
31 GRN - Praise God for the International Team, the many centres and bases around the globe, and for all who serve in GRN. Pray for every one to keep in step with Holy Spirit to reach the nations.
