Skript Text
A long time ago there was a king whose name was Ahab. He was a very wicked man and did greater evil than all before him. The Lord sent a great famine to his country. The flocks died, and there was nothing to eat for either animal or man, because no rain fell and there was no harvest at all. Many people died. God sent a prophet to the king. When he saw this prophet coming, he (Ahab) cried out, "Is it you who are troubling this country?" The prophet replied, "It is not I, but you and your people who have brought this calamity to the land. It is because you have left the law (way) of God and have followed after idols (the way of Satan)"
My people, are you in trouble? Are you without food? Are you suffering? Do not put the blame on others. It is not because of them but because of you yourselves! Look into your own hearts. Perhaps God says to you, "I cannot bless your country because you will not go my way. You cling to that which is evil." One day Christ stood above the city of Jerusalem (the city of his people) and wept. He said, "Oh that you had known the peace that should be yours this day! I wanted to give it to you but you would not receive it."
My people, do you know what you need so that you may be blessed? (Have peace.) You have no peace because you do not want to open your hearts to Him Who can bring you peace. Who is He? When Christ came to this earth He said, "You will have peace in me! In the world you will have trouble, but do not be upset, I have overcome the world." Although we have trouble He can give us peace if we follow Him. Before He left this world He said, "My peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives, do I give. Let not your hearts be dismayed, neither be fearful." Do you want this peace? You work, you suffer (you struggle against the times), you give money, you say many prayers, but you still have no peace. You are not just body, as an animal, you are spirit also. The spirit needs to have fellowship with God, for He is Spirit. This fellowship is like food for your spirit, as bread is food for your body. The home of the spirit is with God. You will know no peace until you walk with God and obey Him. He cannot tolerate sin. You cannot have fellowship with God if you will not separate yourselves from sin. God says in His Book, "Those who mind (follow, serve) the things of the body inherit death, but those who mind the things of the Spirit of God inherit life and peace." Christ calls to you to follow Him. He will lead you to peace. It is written of Him, "He is our Peace." Follow Him, take hold of that peace which is everlasting.
