Using the recordings in India

"I returned to the work in the Chandag Leprosy Home, Pithoragarh, UP and took a gramophone and records in Hindi and Urdu and the only one available in the Kumaoni dialect, with me. These records were played over and over again to the patients and were a very real blessing not only to the inpatients but also to the outpatients who came."

In Training for Project India: "Mostly from Hindu backgrounds, they are keenly aware of the deep spiritual needs in their countries. Some of them are totally cut off from their families because they have turned to Christ."

Project India: "Telling the story of Jesus in every Indian language". Project India is an ambitious plan to record and provide the good news in 1200 languages and dialects of India.

Project Tailenders: "Tailenders" are the smallest and most isolated language groups, with less than 50,000 people, to whom the Gospel has never been proclaimed. There are about 1500 such language groups in India. By virtue of their smallness, they rarely qualify to be on anyone's priority list.
