A big thank you goes out to all-locally and abr o ad-who ha v e prayed and given financially to GRNT's new office building. Phase One is now over 85 percent complete, which should allow us to move around mid-June. Our current lease ends early in July.

Please be praying for finances still needed for the electrical system, for the water and septic system for kitchen and bathrooms, for the windows and doors, and for landfill and gravel for a parking area.

For Phase Two the focus will be the recording studio and sound editing rooms. We will also need to build a fence and gate for security.

In addition to office space, the two-story building has a conference room, a kitchen and dining area, two guest rooms and sitting area. When Phase Two is completed, we will have one recording studio and two editing rooms. The office is located south of Chiang Mai and sits on 1.3 acres of land, which includes a small fishing pond.
