Текст программы

"A man shall be as a hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest, as streams of water in a dry place, as the shade of a great rock in a weary land-And the ears of them that hear shall hearken!" (Pause 5 sec.- wind storm and sheep)

At evening time, a sudden storm had struck in the country of a certain shepherd. All his flocks were corralled, and the fold made them safe against the wind and rain. Every sheep, even the lambs among them, had known their shepherd's voice, and had hearkened to His call. This shepherd knew each one by name; tenderly he cared for their needs. (Pause 10 sec. - music)

The Lord, the Saviour, has said: "Behold I Myself, even I will seek out My sheep and I will deliver them out of all places whither they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day. I Myself will be the Shepherd of My sheep. I will seek that which was lost, and will bring back that which was driven away, and will strengthen that which was sick. And ye My sheep, the sheep of My pasture, are men." And again Jesus said, "I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd giveth His life for the sheep."

"A man shall be as a hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest." (Pause 3 sec. - storm and wind).

Yes, and that one (man) is Jesus. He is the Shepherd of people. Have you heard His voice and followed Him? His shelter of salvation is for you also. His fold is large, and it welcomes you inside. Outside is tumult - evil, raging like a great storm, in every village, in every town, and even in every person in the world. For the heart of man is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked - and out of it come evil thoughts: lust, hate, murder, warrings, envyings, and all manner of evil deeds. In this storm of iniquity all will perish except those who respond to the voice, and to the strong arm of the mighty Saviour, Jesus. At a great price He has sought for you, and laid down His life for you. Yes, Jesus has gone through death, and has come back again from the grave to be your Shepherd of Life. The door of His fold is open now to you. A shelter from the storm and rain!! Also, He is preparing a place in the Father's house in heaven for His sheep. But there shall in no wise enter into it anything unclean or that doeth evil or maketh a lie. Have you responded to the Good Shepherd? Say, "I come to you, Lord Jesus." Hear His voice, saying:

"My sheep hear My voice and I know them, and they follow Me, and I give to them eternal life, and they shall never perish. Other sheep I have... them also must I bring, and they shall hear My voice... and they shall become one flock, one Shepherd."
