"Saber" - o aparelho digital de som com baterias manualmente recarregáveis

O Saber é um aparelho digital de som que funciona por carga manual.

Ele tem um amplificador, alto-falante e caixa de som, podendo ser tocado a um elevado volume de som de boa qualidade. É ideal para ser usado em reuniões de grupo, e toca bem tanto músicas como narrações.

O Saber funciona com baterias internas recarregávies, e tem incorporado um gerador que permite ao equipamento ser recarregado pelo girar de uma alavanca. Por outro lado, outras fontes externas de energia podem igualmente ser usadas para recarregar o equipamento.

A operação do equipamento é muito simples e pode ser feita facilmente, mesmo por aqueles que não tem uma formação técnica.

O Saber toca gravações em MP3 e WMA que estejam arquivadas em sua memória interna, bem como em um cartão de mémoria SD, inserido. Arquivos de som podem ser transferidos para o equipamento por uma entrada USB. Outra opção: a GRN pode carregar o equipamento com as gravações desejadas, antes de enviá-lo.

O aparelho Saber baseia-se na vasta experiência da GRN na produção de equipamento manual de aparelhos. Além de ter maior confiabilidade e melhor reprodução de som do que um toca-fitas comum, o custo do equipamento é semelhante ao do aparelho Messenger II .

O aparelho de som Saber foi projetado especialmente para permitir que o Evangelho seja apresentado na forma de áudio àqueles que vivem em partes mais isoladas do mundo. Pode também ser adaptado para outros fins humanitários.
