MEDIA AWARD

Ken Anderson, the well-known Christian writer and filmmaker, died recently. In his honor, the California Pacific School of Theology in Glendale has instituted an annual Innovation in Christian Media award. They chose Global Recordings Network as the first recipient of this and we were honored to accept it.

2000 TAPETALKS BOUND FOR ASIA

We had the delight recently of shipping 2000 hand-crank TapeTalks to Nepal to be used for evangelism and discipleship purposes. This shipment was a partnership venture between a mission in Wyoming, Vision Beyond Borders and Global Recordings Network.

A GREAT HIT!

From a missionary in Guinea Bissau, Africa, "Please tell all the staff that your materials are a great hit. The word is out and we have lots of missionaries and pastors from all over the country coming to get cassettes. Everyone is telling us that the messages are excellent. Please extend our gratitude to all the staff. All your work there makes our work here much more effective."

WEBSITE INTEREST

Every month we see an increase in the number of visitors to our website. At the current rate, the number of unique visitors doubles every six months. We are now averaging about 24,000 visitors a month and almost 7,000 audio programs are being downloaded to computers around the world. If you have not visited us yet, why not do so? A pastor told one of our staff in Thailand, " Your recordings were our Bible before we had one translated into our language!"
