It is an exciting time to be a part of God's work in the world and to be part of Global Recordings Network! The opportunities presented by technology, travel, the financial resources of the Western church and the human resources of the "church of the South and East" are limitless. At the same time the opposition of rampant secular humanism and increasingly militant Islam, Hinduism and even Buddhism is sharply rising. The outcome of the clash between the forces of evil and the power of God is not in doubt but the path to victory is frequently the way of the cross.

Since the work of Gospel Recordings began in 1939, the church of God has been planted in virtually every country. Yet there remain thousands of people and language groups where there is no viable church and little or no Christian witness. Many are still isolated from the Gospel by geographical barriers and barriers of language and literacy, culture, politics and religion.

We believe the Lord has been calling GRN to renew our vision, review our strategies and recommit ourselves to the task of making the truth of God's word available to those who don't have it and those who can't read it! We believe that God is calling us to work closely with his church around the world to see this great work done. The 10K Challenge describes something of our response to this call.

We invite you to share the vision and the challenge with us. It is as we work together under God's hand that we will see the strongholds of darkness fall.

And to God be the glory.
