Rob is the Business Manager. He is responsible for the mission's finance and property, as well as technical areas such as information systems, production and technical support. He is also resident application programmer and webmaster. Rob joined the Board in 1988, and he and Kathy joined the full time staff in 2001.

Kathy is full time looking after their children: David, Thomas, Benjamin, Grace and Sophie.
