Reconciled!

The Aventura Misionera Peru team saw God do some great things among the local pastors and people. Here's one example...

On our travels along the Urumbamba river we were accompanied by Pastors Victor (seen below) and Hugo, from different churches. Only later did I learn that the two had not been on speaking terms prior to the trip. It was a testimony to their humility that the pastors joined us. In each village we introduced ourselves to the congregations and said where we came from. Initially, Hugo emphasised that he was a pastor of the Christian Missionary Alliance church, but as the days passed he eventually dropped the denomination from his introductions.

The team was a visible demonstration of unity in the Gospel, being composed of people of various churches and nationalities. This was fully realised as Pastors Victor and Hugo saw the needs of the jungle villages, were reconciled, and committed themselves to seeing that their churches work together to evangelise and disciple the jungle communities on their doorstep.
