Telling the story of Jesus in every language

For the Gospel

Joel and Judith report from Mexico

We give thanks to the Lord for what He did for us these last days which we spent in the mountains of Guerrero State. First we made contacts to do some recordings in Nahuatl (Aztec), Mixteco and Tlapaneco. Each language has a number of variants and we were able to identify some villages where there are no Believers at all and where the Gospel is completely unknown. These are the best places for us to have tapes to give out, recorded in their mother-tongue.

We learned that in another area too, some villages have never heard the Good News, so we would love to plan an outreach as soon as the materials we recorded there are ready. We want to give a recording in Nahuatl to each family in that village. In the second place where we were recording, there lives one Believer who speaks Mixteco. The principal town there is considered an 'unreached' town because there's not even one Believer there. The Lord helped us so we could do the recordings with the message of God's love for these people.

Again, we cannot wait to take the cassettes out there. None of us got sick and it seemed that God gave supernatural power even to our old vehicle! We were very thankful for that! It will take about three weeks to do the editing and we thank you again for praying.
