Darren and Elise Cooper

The Lord is answering our prayers for new staff. It is a great pleasure to introduce Darren and Elise Cooper, with Eleanor (3 years) and Bethany (2 months).

Darren grew up in a Christian family and gave his heart to the Lord at 10 years old. After leaving school he trained as an auto electrician, later moving on to electrical engineering.

Elise was born into a missionary family, and made her own decision to follow Christ as a young teenager. She is an English teacher.

Both Darren and Elise have been involved in a range of ministries. God has been working in them through the "Perspectives on the World Christian Movement" course. More recently, a visit by Graydon Colville to their church, and a series of closed employment doors, has brought them to GRN.

Darren will take responsibility for Saber production, and contribute to other technical aspects of the mission. Elise will work on website content and promotions as time permits. With a 3 year old and a new baby there probably won't be much time for a while!

Darren and Elise join GRN with the enthusiastic support of Campbelltown Baptist Church.
