If you want to know what love is, listen and I will tell you. Love binds many people together as with a chain. The Bible says this about love: What is love? Love does not hold anything against a person. Love is not glad to do wicked things, but to do good things. Our God is a loving God. He loves us. Because of God's love, He gives rain to the just and the unjust; the wheat and the tares grow together. He allows this until the harvest.
The believers and unbelievers keep together until the end. When the time is finished, He will send the unbelievers to hell. But God does not like to send anyone to hell. Because of His love, God says: Come from being lost to being found; come from death to life; from sorrow to joy. God asks us to turn to Jesus. Because you believe on the name of Jesus Christ, you can live forever. My friend, our God loves us, and He gave His only Son for us, and we must love Him and believe on His Son.
If, and when we do this, we can live forever with Him.
Love is not glad for sin. Because of this, our God gave His Holy Son, who has honour--our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to be a Saviour of our souls. He sent Jesus from heaven to earth. If we believe on Him we will be saved.
For us He came like men; for us He was born of Mary and took on Himself human flesh; for us He was tempted by Satan; for us He died on the cross; for us He shed His blood; for us He let the soldier spear His side; for us He hands were nailed. He died for us, and He arose after three days. He defeated Satan and death. When we believe on Jesus, we defeat Satan. My friend, if we do not believe, how can we overcome Satan? And how will we be saved? He alone is our Saviour. Our Lord Jesus Christ loved us, and took our travail.
He does this, and we are saved by believing in Him. "How shall we escape if we neglect so great salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard Him." (HEB.2:3).
Whoever hears this word, God helps you to take this everlasting life from Christ.
